About this site
This website is operated by Neighborhood Nurse, LLC dba Nurse Sister Friend Home Care Agency. It provides general information about non-medical in-home support services currently offered in the Bethesda and Bowie, Maryland areas, subject to availability. These terms govern your use of this website. The signed Client Agreement, care plan, fee schedule, and required consents govern paid home care services — not these website terms. This site does not offer emergency response, diagnosis, medical advice, or skilled nursing through the advertised caregiver services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting an inquiry form or contacting us through this website is a request for contact — it is not acceptance as a client, confirmation of staffing, a booked RN assessment, or a confirmed caregiver visit. The agency will explain all applicable fees and obtain your agreement before charging or beginning any service.
Services and pricing
Current caregiver visit rates are $54/hour for most services and $59/hour for post-surgical and post-hospital support, with a four-hour minimum per visit and no weekly-hours minimum. A separate in-home RN assessment is $149, collected when the appointment is confirmed. Nurse Sister Friend is a private-pay agency and does not accept or bill Medicare or Medicaid. Appropriate use of this site
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, interfere with the security or operation of this site, or send sensitive clinical details — such as diagnoses, medication lists, or Social Security numbers — through the general inquiry form. For sensitive intake information, please use the agency's approved secure process or contact us directly.

This site uses Stripe for payment processing and Zoom for scheduling. When you interact with these services, their own terms of service and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
