Call us or fill out our short inquiry form. Share a little about the situation — who needs care, what kind of support you're looking for, and when. No detailed medical records needed at this stage.
An inquiry is not a booking and does not charge any fee. We'll follow up to discuss your needs, location, timing, and whether we're a good fit.
Care conversation with our team
We'll have a conversation to understand your situation, answer your questions, and talk through what Nurse Sister Friend can offer. This is a no-pressure discussion — not a sales call.
If we believe we can help, we'll explain the next step: the in-home RN assessment, including its $149 fee, before you agree to schedule it.
In-home RN assessment ($149)
A registered nurse visits your home for a separate assessment appointment, typically 1–2 hours. The RN documents your needs, reviews relevant health context, and develops a proposed care plan with appropriate caregiver assignment.
The $149 RN assessment fee is explained and agreed to before this appointment is scheduled. It is a standalone visit — not subject to the four-hour caregiver visit minimum. Paying for the assessment does not guarantee caregiver placement or a specific start date.
Written estimate, then care begins
After the assessment, we develop your proposed care plan and provide a written estimate — including the applicable hourly rate, four-hour caregiver visit minimum, expected frequency, and any additional charges. You review and decide whether to proceed.
If you choose to move forward and staffing is confirmed, caregiver visits are scheduled per your service agreement. You'll know who is coming and when.
