Terms of Service

1. Services Provided NSF Personal Care provides non-medical home care services, including personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. We do not offer medical
treatment.
2. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information, maintain active auto insurance if applicable, treat staff with respect, and notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations.
3. Payment & Billing Services are private-pay only, with payment due before or at the time of service. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
5. Limitations of Liability NSF Personal Care is not responsible for medical emergencies, injuries outside of our control, or third-party service provider issues.
6. Termination of Services We may terminate services due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or violations of these terms.
